Double-standards, unfair treatment, managers say you can't do something but let other workers do it, unprofessional

Management needs major help. Housekeeping employees are paid per room they complete, so often have to cut a lot of corners to even make minimum wage AND stay employed-which is crap. Holiday Inn needs to change this. It's rediculous and encourages the concept of quantity is better than quality. Which, considering the amount of money they expect customer's to pay for a room, quality to definately be what customers receive. Most of the times bed linens don't even get cleaned between customers stays in rooms!
