Good hotel to work for, but franchisees cut too many corners.

Under the right manager, you are trained well, and treated fairly. You have to come to them about performance reviews, and raises come in 25 cent intervals. This is all according the franchisee that you are working under, or course.

Cons

As mentioned above, they do not evaluate their employees or give them credit where credit is due.

- The managers and co-workers are most definitely the best part of this job. - Easy to find hotel discounts - reliable hours/shifts - schedule known ahead of time - nice balance between customer service and administrative work - vacation/ PTO after 1 yr of full time status

Cons

- Not a lot of opportunity for career advancement
