      Pros

      Meet lots of different people and the environment is always changing. Lots of room for growth in the ever changing environment.

      Cons

      Owners are demanding and don't take work life balance into consideration. Management company is very understanding and most of the upper management are as well. Owners couldn't care a less.

      Pros

      Education and learning opportunities, good pay, decent line level staff. It was a good opportunity to make contacts in the business community.

      Cons

      Rapid turnover (you will eventually be fired or worn down to quitting), unbelievably incompetent management, hostile environment, poor goal setting (contradictory goals). This place is deeply in the hole and you will be required to make up for shortfalls you had nothing to do with. Management thinks nothing of screaming at you because they feel like it. Owners are a non-entity and they should be on site at least a bit to provide guidance. You will just be told do this today and the next day be told to do the opposite. If you like chasing your tail, this is the place for you.
