Cons
The upside of working in the hotel is working shifts, which sometimes may involve overtime hours or double hours for public holidays. You may also be required to cover shifts for absent employees during your day off. Last but not the least, the salary for staff needs to be improved since it could not cater for individuals who are accommodating themselves within the city.
