The hotel but more especific the Front Desk team maintains well-organized, clear, and established processes, adhering closely to IHG brand standards. It offers a great learning environment for those who are beginners or less experienced in the field. Additionally, payments are punctual, and the atmosphere among colleagues is friendly and pleasant. Team leaders tend to maintain clear and constant communication

Cons

Salary improvements after the first year would be beneficial, as the hotel points earned can sometimes be low, making a competitive base salary crucial. (this is before the pandemic, I don't have an the exact information on the current salary situation in 2024)
