Pros

Flexible and easy to get into routine. Benefits such as being able to use the gym and pool for free.

Cons

No chance for overtime and not much opportunity to progress in your role. Changing of mangement is frequent, not much stability with employees.

Pros

Firm but fair supervisors. Some room to move up the ladder of jobs when available. Benefits available to full-time employees (36 hrs/week).

Cons

Benefits expensive. Needs improvement in the pay scale per job title. Consistent changing work schedule even for full-timers due to it being based on occupancy of the hotel. Hard for a single parent to balance work /family with the changing hours.
