If you enjoy watching a 60 year old man throw the most mortifying, embarrassing tantrums like an average 4 year old on a near daily basis, you might find amusement here. Beyond that, a paycheck and not much more.

Cons

Can't post a direct link in a review, so google this phrase instead: "Holiday Systems International EEOC Sexual harassment" and then read the first link. Sexual harassment comitted en masse, along with illegal retaliation when it was brought to light. Does that sound like somewhere you'd want your wife or daughter to work?

* great people to work with. * perfect place if you want to get experience dealing with chaos, stress and personal insults

Cons

The CEO is a tyrant!! He doesn't trust anyone. So, there is no management structure. He likes to surround himself with yes-people. Ring a bell?? - Hitler!! He constantly abuses everyone under him. He uses languages that I have never heard in my 20+ years of work experience. There are no benefits - medical is a joke, no 401K. they promise 2 weeks of PTO, but drown you with so much work that you can never take those 2 weeks off. In fact, you are expected to put in 60+ hours each week. In the 3 months I was there, I saw at least 6 upper management folks fired or quit. CEO believes in a cowboy type of management. Calls for meetings at 5:00 pm on Fridays, says he just closed a deal and expects the team to implement 3-4 months of work over the next 10 days, and yes that includes weekends too.

Fellow employees were amazing and great to work with. Paid well for what I did.

Cons

Management needs to be stronger. Upper management has not earned their position because of their qualifications. They've landed in these roles because they've been there for a long time and have been able to tolerate the CEO. The CEO is very rude and demeaning to his staff. You're not evaluated based on skill only on likeability. This company is run more like a clique not a company. There's a very unstable feeling almost as if you could show up to work one day and the company is shut down.
