Pros

Most of the employees are good people and share a common goal of making it through the day without being treated like the scum of the earth. If you work hard and keep your nose clean, you should be fine but for the most part, not a place to plan for a career.

Cons

Bad culture, horrible organization, zero leadership, claim to be a "no politics" environment but it is exactly the opposite. The company is controlled by two or three people under the CEO and I doubt if he knows how horrible they are at leading people. No chance for advancement or pay raise, because every evaluation is a focus on every negative aspect about you.

Diverse group of employees, no discriminating for any level. Great location, close to all types of break time areas. Good rates on travel. Fair pay.

Cons

No access to your usual travel company perks like fam trips. The job can be very demanding with high expectations.

Pros

Interesting work, fast paced environment and you build great relationships with everyone. Wages are fair, and even more so when you continue to grow with the company. I have been asked by upper management what I want to do in the company and how can they get me there. Expect to work very hard, but in return be rewarded for it.

Cons

Slackers. They need to hire more employees that will come in and do their job and not just collect a paycheck. Departments need to work together without attitude on the phone. We are our own internal customers.
