Transfer opportunities within the company. Manager works with schedules and time off. Pregnant employees bring their babies to work after they are born. New vending machines.

Over time is limited and must be approved.

Travel benefits are okay if you like timeshares. New COO is a great person. Hopefully he can turn around the company.

Cons

The job was demoralizing with excessive turnover. Termination among both line level and managers creates inconsistency.
