Most of the people are easy to work with, the company does its best to put the customer first, and the pay is decent. In spite of the cons, the company does perform well.

Cons

Leadership at the contributor level is seriously deficient, the technology and digital platforms are antiquated, no innovative mindset or technology investment to keep up with the customer demand.
