Have a dedicated bunch of hard working drivers that are trying to bring the company back to its former glory.

Cons

They have a bunch of flaws. Starting with the equipment, they are runni,g outdated programs that keep crashing. Some are as outdated as their trucks. They also like to run with an understaffed crew. In the time I was there there were 3 suprvisors that quit or got fired.

Relatively easy work, great part time job. Great atmosphere, wonderful for anyone not wishing to make a living or career out of it.

Cons

15% base pay cut from all employees, touch and go management, required union for all employees, no benefits, currently next to no pension or retirement, high end decision making management doesn't have employees well being in mind.
