      Pros

      Good benefits and very knowledgeable functional managers.

      Cons

      The CIO and Directors show no interest in building community with the IT staff. There afraid to make decisions on projects, equipment. It's not a proactive environment your always putting out fires.

      Pros

      The support staff is nice and Jean Fridays

      Cons

      A lot of the Attorneys are jerks, firm is cheap, management is unorganized and untrustworthy. No work life balance. You aren't rewarded for good work. No raises or bonuses unless you count an iPad as your bonus.... They'd rather overwork you than hire extra staff.
