Pros
Great company, everyone is super supportive, and compensation is good. You have to put yourself out there for the best opportunities, but if you are willing to do that you can easily succeed at Holman from what I've seen and experienced.
Cons
Some roles might require you to relocate, so if you are unwilling to do that it could potentially cause you to miss opportunities since Holman Automotive has subsidiaries and dealership jobs all over the country.
