      Every Friday is payday. benefits where all right. Health dental vision.

      Most runs of trucks where grossly undersold to get the jobs in then they blame the techs for going over and not completing the the job in the time the job was sold for.

      Pros

      In my tenure I have earned a decent living and have maximized my potential monetarily . The platform was decent but way Lower still than the industry standard

      Cons

      HR is corrupt . Management is corrupt. Favoritism , bias , illegality running rampant . Employees are mistreated , used and abused. Moral is in the garbage . The company preaches they care about their employees but they would rather protect their managers knowing they are breaking California laws , forging documents and bullying their employees. Audi San Diego is an incestuous mess , where you get ahead BY having the right personal relationships with those at the top . If you Are not drinking the company’s koolaid you’re out . Once you voice your concerns and ask for help , you become a problem and they’ll do anything to etch you out .

      Pros

      Only good for you if you truly can’t find anything else to fill some time and need a couple dollars. Free drill bits.

      Cons

      Incompetent supervisors. Lying management, they like to promise bonuses for ASE then never pay them. Ive seen them screw around with peoples pay and time off several times. Turnover is pretty embarrassing. 6 people (out of about 25) have left in one months span, and most people still here are looking heavily to get out as soon as possible. Have to go back and forth with the management to get a raise you’ve promised over and over.
