Pros

The best thing Working At Holman's Auto motive group at Audi of San Diego, was some of the people, most of the lead techs except one out of the 4 one was unpleasant. The service manager at the shop was a nice guy, and a pleasure to work for, the shop Forman was okay to deal with and not a horrible experience.

Cons

Management elsewhere in not in the ship was poor, Corporate management was terrible, and even the CEO came out to see us, and mostly felt like she was there just to pretend to care, if you go injured in this job, Corperate would do anything and everything to dissuade you from continuing said case. pay was shotty and required too much for the misearable earnings, the envoirement was toxic, especially one technician in general, Chris Daughtry, in my opinion "Worst part of the experience" complains hogs all the easy work his excuse is everything he gets is bad work and cant make money, harasses the employees verbally and sexually. i made my complaints known management did nothing.
