Zero on-the-job training. No once is trying to actively advance you. Managers would prefer you stay in the dark. GM is unfit, GSM is completely unfit, company does absolutely nothing to fix the problem

Very expensive insurance. not much opportunity to grow into management. Friends of managers can literally do what they want. Creates a difficult environment, and discouraging atmosphere for many.
