      Work from home. Treated well overall. Great place to start if you are young and you’re looking to start a career and find a place to grow. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is not good compared to what is expected to do. I do the expected and then some, but many do not. I also understand why must do not because of the pay. There is a very tiny difference in pay/commission for doing well or significantly “better. “ Also, don’t expect to be promoted within without years to put in and jumping through unrealistic hoops.
