Great work life balance. Managers are nice. Position is easy to learn and excel at.

Cons

Horrible PTO policy for hourly employees. Sick andPTO policy are lumped into one. People at the company don't care too much about employee morale or uniting different departments. No growth opportunities for M-F hours
