Everyone around me cares about my personal, professional, and mental well being. I have never felt this supported at a company before.

Cons

Sometimes -not all the time- there seems to be miscommunication between departments when working together on projects and it is difficult to get everyone to agree/on the same page. You will probably find this at any company though.

Good insurance with a low premium that's accommodating to many types of families, begins quickly Generous vacation/PTO policies Weekly pay

Cons

Leadership at this plant has little accountability. There is infighting between leads, supervisors, and higher management throughout the shop. Inventory is chaotic, with many builds taking much longer due to misplaced parts. Expensive parts and vehicles regularly go missing with seemingly nobody being held accountable. Employees' time cards are edited without permission Safety standards are expressed but not enforced, including precautions and PPE when working on electric vehicles.
