      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Good environment (in some deparments)

      Cons

      Hologic used to be a great company to work for. I always recommended it to family and friends. Now I think it is risky to join the company. Hologic now is full financial driven, affecting the quality of the products and the wellbeing of the employees. In the past 2 years, the culture has been damaged by new leaders. We are understaffed, tired and always in crisis, even though the financial results show that the company is making good money. No growth opportunities.

      They take care of their employees. provide bonuses and raises. good culture.

      Cons

      could be more in-office perks. better food and coffee options. a lot of employees that have been around a long time that are stuck in their ways
