can make money but ethically not great

pay were good, benefits were above average

Cons

management does not listen to those in the field. The suggestion box was not monitored for years, and still, opinions are lost in the shuffle. management will not stick up for its employees.

Great team, and overall mission, upper management takes care of you

Middle management hasn't worked in the field, and doesn't know a lot about the field.

No downsides so far. Travel is dependent on territory size.
