Pros

Leading technology by far in the Mammography x-ray market. Stable company.

Cons

Used to be a very nice company to work for, but now that it's becoming a huge corp, they are not so very nice. With new management in place, they constantly make changes that lowers morale of workers.

-resistant to change -fails to embrace technology -information silos -poor processes -unpaid overtime

Dynamic work environment. Decent pay. Flexible schedule. Good people to work with on the rare occasions you get to work WITH someone.

Cons

The benefits have taken a dive recently. Vehicle program is NOT competitive with other similar companies. Hardly any room for advancement in field service.
