Job of False Hopes ....... company has turned around a little but the employees have been forgotten about
Pros
great people, coworkers , decent benefits , sick time , vacation , holidays , STD and LTD etc... good balance to work / home life . management is accomidating and reasonable aside from constant restructuring. new management and CEO looks like hes making a change so far and is doing good , hopefully he returns this place to what it once was .
Cons
instability , little to no advancement , poor raises barely covering cost of living which is combined in the overall performance review , very cliquey have to be in with management to move up or get any advancements, management is not even present in most sites as they are local to other sites and have little to no visibility so not sure how they can proper evaluate employees they aren't supervising. constant reorganization in management , little to no job security profit sharing has ceased and benefits are slowly declining , workloads have quadrupled due to restructuring and layoffs and bonuses have been non existant in the last few years . health insurance has been constantly on the rise and the cost has been passed onto the employee . management has their own cliques and those who are part of it are the ones who get ahead and get promotions while the rest suffer .
