My team is great, but there are some teams I've heard that are not. Hopefully you land in the right one. It varies by department and team.

Former Gen-Probe employee

Pros

Great people, nice campus, onsite gym, cafeteria and flexible hours.

Cons

The acquistion was difficult since Gen Probe employees had 4 or 5 CEO's in 4 years so the company was a bit a drift. I think it is better now that things have settled down but a lot of Gen-Probe people have left and moved on.
