Pros

Fantastic growth and development opportunities including internal promotions. The purpose of the company means you feel so much fulfillment and satisfaction, no matter what role your in. The team is second to none - Knowledgeable, determined, helpful, fair, approachable, happy, enthusiastic. In my 12 year finance career i have never experienced such a great Leadership team - by far the best I've ever experienced.

Cons

No downsides, only to note that it is a very fast paced working environment with extreme growth, therefore best suited for those who enjoy a challenge.
