      Pros

      Flexibility, some people are cool, lax environment for the most part

      Cons

      Cliques, sometimes I feel like I am back in high school. If you're able to play the corporate politics game and able to brown nose you'll be fine, If not then look elsewhere because otherwise you will feel like a nobody. Raises are not great, bonuses are not great, promotions don't happen often. Low pay compared to similar positions and you won't get a raise if you ask.

      Lack of innovation Promotions are based on politics not work ethic or accomplishments. Outside factors such as state laws, recommendations by medical societies, and accessibility not on how good of a salesperson you are. Leadership is not open to new ideas or concepts that will help overcome boundaries.
