Pros

Company's mission and the products they sell truly make a difference in women's life's. Culture is un-matched, worked for a bigger med device company prior that preached culture but, did not really care about their employees. Hologic does.

Cons

Everchanging comp plan makes it difficult to know what you mean to be sucessful

Pros

Work/Life balance, they promote employees to use their PTO, lots of opportunities for growth, billing mgt is super flexible and chill. They don't like to micromanage. Billing works remote :)

Cons

It'd be nice if the pay was much higher like other companies are paying their employees
