Today is my one-year work anniversary in Hologic and it has been the best professional experience of my career. My Manager is a selfless leader who has believed in my abilities, trusted my actions, supported my decisions and given me exposure to different workflows. Our Leadership Team have also been such a positive influence in all our lives. They lead with their heart and with a genuine set of values. They are compassionate and humble yet firm in thei intentions and goals to keep bringing a difference in patients’ lives. Every single employee continues to strive to achieve excellence everyday in everything they do and contribute to Hologic’s overall mission every day.
