Great culture, mission, and strategic leadership. The company does what is best not just right now but what is sustainable long term.

Cons

Hologic is a large company and sometimes the different divisions are not on the same page.

First years are great but now they change management and hr.

Cons

Really bad management I resigned and did not receive any information and even a thank you for your years. I stayed almost 8 years with this company so I would not recommend anyone to join.
