• Business/products that makes the world a better place • hard working, passionate teams and people • Humble and kindness – most people want to work well together and help out • Good pay and benefits • Business that has multiple products and divisions that feed growth in different ways. Result is less boom/bust of one product or market • Flexible and adaptable teams • Opportunity to build/grow if you take initiative

Cons

• Silos and matrixed work. Need Simplification/unification of processes and standards where possible • Could benefit from diverse thought at leadership levels (similar backgrounds and worldviews, even if profiles are different) • Preference of on-site work/old school ways of working can prevent hiring/development of top talent/teams who seek flexibility
