Pros

Hologic is a big company with a small company mindset. There is a shared vision, common goal and desire to realize it. It is a fast paced environment that values contribution and innovation in all positions and all levels. I’ve been here for about one year with a long background in medical devices. I really appreciate the drive for outcomes and results and the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.

Cons

The desire to move quickly can be an adjustment for those who come from slower paced medical device companies.

Pros

Great company to work for, great mission and the future is bright if we keep adding more products to our portfolio. Managers care about their employees and well being. Work life flexibility is much improved from years ago. Base salaries and bonuses are competitive, compared to where they used to be.

Cons

Leadership is not on such a hot streak anymore and the stock award program for non executives has decreased over the past several years. A lot of emphasis on Gallup and employee engagement...not sure how much it helps.
