Tremendous talent in all areas of the business. Our Management team actively encourages engagement and continually challenges you. There are so many opportunities to grow internally, with management backing your professional growth.

Cons

I personally don't have any "cons" to list. My experience over the last 10 years at Hologic has been nothing but wonderful.

Pros

There's room for growth within department. Employers are very friendly. Good balance between life and work.

Cons

Salaries are very low and you're not provided with a salary range. Politics play a huge role. Specialy in QC. Management plays a lot of favoritism. Even if you do a great job, if you're not a favorite you won't move up. Benefits are horrible.
