Doing much better, but still some room for improvement

Pros

Management has really improved. Still need to make sure we keep our legacy employees who know the diagnostics division. Morale is up but is teetering.

Cons

Finance needs some help. The vendors are not getting paid in a timely manner and that hurts our reputation.

Pros

Great group for entry level experience. Loved the company and its mission. Employee engagement was a main focus of new leadership. Lots of training and development opportunities available. Good benefits. Great facilities and location.

Cons

very high workload in this group and demanding management team. little to no job specific training. difficult to move up to the next level within this group.

Pros

Hologic gives employees the resources they need with a huge amount of autonomy. Flexible hours, great opportunity, and passionate people makes everyday exciting.

Cons

Improve onboarding- orientation is disengaging. New hires could save time if work stations were 100% complete on day 1 as well as access to all needed tools.
