      Mission of company. Good products.

      Cons

      Employees are tossed aside if decided they don't "fit." No coaching - Don't manage up, don't fit. Supposed to value employee engagement, but really the opposite and results are showing - just look at stock price last 3 months.

      High amount of turnover. Culture changed to less comfortable environment.
