      Competitive benefits package and salary. Generous time off and flexible work schedule. Leadership truly cares about the people, not just the bottom line, as this shows true in how the company gives back to the employees in so many ways. From being completely transparent about company growth and financial stance in the market, to flexible working schedules, bonuses, employee appreciation initiatives, and even a diverse wellness program. There is an energy and positiveness here unlike any other company I've worked for before. We are one giant team working towards helping to make positive impacts on people’s lives every day all over the world.

      Pros

      Amazing people bring to life what saving lives is truly all about. Dedicated, innovative, committed, supportive and trusting all feeds the sense of belonging. Leadership are learning as they go but are receptive to feedback and truly want to empower others and create the best environment for employees to shine and grow

      Cons

      Too many "global" intrrruptions and policies for a local region- these block progress and don't fit with the needs of a more nimble and agile business, lack of flexibility and understanding of what a growing local market needs causes unnecessary pain and work
