      Company actively stimulates a collaborative working environment, empowering its employees to grow in their position and in the organisation. Organisation allows for quick decision making.

      Cons

      As with every company that grows significantly in short term, sometimes struggles with structuring its growth.

      Pros

      A rewarding company that truly expresses and interprets its stated values. So far I have nothing but good things to say and insist on the fact that this company allows me to develop both professionally and personally. I strongly recommend working here because it's work for a greater good, which is women's health.

      Cons

      I've been here for 1 year now and I can't really point to anything that would justify a negative, but if I could point to anything it would be to do a bit more homeworking (at the moment it's on average 1 day a week) but I find the average a bit low. Having said that, the reason would be to have employees who are closer and know each other, which I can consider to be a valid condition.
