      Great group of clinical specialist within the company

      Cons

      The expectation of the clinical specialist role is not what you think you are being hired for. Upper management (DSM, RBD) does not believe in the CS role so you are always left wondering what will happen to your job. Working with a mediocre sales rep makes the CS more responsible for the TMs job and they expect you to become more of a sales role.

      Not a True Clinical Position

      Pros

      A good place to learn about medical device sales.

      Cons

      Not a good place to be for a true clinician. If you want to be accountable to sales people then it is for certain. The CS role is more of a sales support job than anything clinical.
