      Pros

      Our Vision Statement is nice, if only we could practice what we preach. Seriously, I'm struggling to highlight any pros. The coffee machine makes a nice coffee, does that count?

      Cons

      A ruthless culture where people are not appreciated at all. Their inability to retain good staff is testament to the type of leadership that you can expect here, particularly if you have to deal with the leadership team in ANZ or at the regional level. The same roles come up on Seek every 9 to 12 months. Says it all.

      Pros

      - Amazing purpose and products and services are second to none - People are good - smart, dedicated, sense of humour (mostly!) - International division is just gaining momentum, so there is a chance to influence and shape the business - processes, direction etc.

      Cons

      - "International division is just gaining momentum, so a chance to influence and shape the org"... which means some processes and systems still need work; it can take longer than it should to get the basics done. On the flip side, people are helpful and mask some of that. Some people like this 'start up' feel, but it isn't for everybody.
