      A little tight on some resources: people/staffing/titles, IT infrastructure Greater integration w/ global would be good - too separate

      Pros

      Company NAME. It's very hard to get hired on w/ this company, and every company knows that. So it's a "Gold Star" Freedom and space to work your business....however that can backfire when all of the sudden your are out of the "loop".

      Cons

      Training program- Worst I have ever been through. I came from Astra Zeneca, Pfizer...the "Big Dogs".... They know how to do it. This company does not. You will enter your role without the essential building blocks to succeed. Hopefully they replace the woman that is now responsible for new hires. I'm YET to meet one person that has benefited from her. Managers are passive aggressive. Feels like the entire company could benefit from Dr. Phil :)
