      people there were like my second family.

      new leadership was a big dissappointment - culture was completely changed overnight.

      Pros

      Opportunities for growth, constant challenge due to the company looking for a new structure more suited to the growing number of employees.

      Cons

      Noticable difference in employee approach depending on the department/team, a lot of your impressions are depending on your direct manager, a lot of work to be done to get everyone immersed in the same vision.

      Pros

      Great technology for over 15 Years however the cow has run dry.

      Cons

      Market tapped. The cow is dry!!! Novasure "Advanced" is not a new product. It's just playing catch-up to a new competitor. No pipeline. No future.
