      They pretend to care about you when they need you

      Cons

      They don’t treat their employees as human being, but “objects”working for them. Use you to the fullest without any emotion involved. No respect or basic understanding from senior management to some of the staffs working for them long time. BAD reputation in the field. Famous for making quick sell without providing quality service. Irredeemably chaotic for APAC region.

      Great company, great team!

      Pros

      Working at Hologic means that I can help improving women's health, and this is the most important thing for sure. As a Field Application Specialist, I cover all Northern Italy and I have the opportunity to work in a fantastic team. The demands are absolutely manageable, no one asks me to do more than the expected tasks described in the job description. Another big pro of working at Hologic is that this company is really careful about the employee's needs and quality of life. Also the salary is really satisfying and competitive.

      Cons

      A con of working at Hologic is that the company often suffers from back orders, due to the economic difficulties we all are living in this period. Except this, I don't see any other critical problem.

      There are some decent people who genuinely care about what they do.

      Cons

      However, certain individuals lower the entire engagement of the site. Cut throat boss who puts numbers first over staff. Concerns raised towards HR and higher management, with nothing done.
