Pros

This company is employing excellent people, it has a noble product line, and it is thus far maintaining itself as consistent growth company.

Cons

The company has gone big with "Self Service" - as a means of internal growth - which means that unique expertise is not used fully - being diluted by self-service tasks (for example, engineers processing Engineering Change Orders, expense reports, etc. - rather than focusing time on engineering) - Unfortunately the Co has no way of measuring the impact that the "Self Service" trend has on expertise productivity.
