Seems that the group I am in lost their way. Favoritism is noticeable. No support from management when dealing with other departments. They seem to back down and crawl under their desk. Lack of Communication which needs improvement. No room for advancement if your actually talented, as they give it to their favorites. The upper management are to involved with themselves. Some of them won't even bother saying hello to you as you walk past them in the hall. Acting like they are too good to say hello you. Or appealed that you even came out of your cubicle.

Low salaries for longevity. Small pay-raises Health Insurance is substandard.
