      Pros

      Hologic is a great place to work, honestly. I personally feel I am listened to, that my ideas and opinions matters. The office at Hologic Europe in Belgium, is just really nice: modern, clean, lot of space. The fact that i can beneficiate of homework without having my manager all day long on my back, is certainly a big +.

      Cons

      As everywhere, intern-department communication could be improved, sometimes you feel like right-hand does not know what the left-hand is doing.

      Pros

      Amazing products, great ceo, and phenomenal local teams. I would work in US or international in a heartbeat again.

      Cons

      Horrible “bro” culture - no work life balance and good luck if you are not part of the “family”- ie going for drinks with management to get favoured and ahead.
