Hologic is a growing company with a great mission: to help people live healthier lives everyday. Hologic has a very positive culture, and people really seem to value feedback and opinions here, actively trying to give credit where credit is due.
Cons
Be aware that some roles require impromptu travel (you'll usually have some notice and flexibility, but its possible to end up traveling 25-50% of a month you expected to have no travel during).
