Unclear direction in Hologic- China

can't see, the whole business model is going backwards

Cons

The whole business is going backwards, from direct business back to dealer model, not only commercial, it applies for service, there must be some issue here? Otherwise I don’t see what is the need to change into this model, and all FSE staff need to have a agreement to not work for competitors for 3 years?……my profession is field service, and I can’t use my skills, what logic is this? How can I make a living? When question legal, there were no reply.
