      Cons

      Hologic is not for everyone. We don't keep talent on the bench here. The pace is very fast, priorities can and do change, and expectations are high. Commitment is expected. Weak performers do not last here.

      Pros

      Projects are exciting, Facilities are great, enjoyable working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Temporary employee's are not treated like human beings with little prospect of advancement. Huge segregation between full time and temporary staff. Temps are made to feel like 2nd class citizens who can be terminated without any notice.
