      Great products that are by far the best on the market Bonus scheme very good. Opportunities for travel with the role for internal and external conferences

      Cons

      You don’t get your targets until your 4 months into a financial year. Not enough headcount to deliver a high level of service to customers and make the most of opportunities. Supply is sketchy People outside the commercial team are second rate and actively get in the way of sales

      Over-expansion without the necessary thought and structure means certain areas within the company are at breaking point - and management don't want to hear about it. Don't expect to progress unless you are willing to be the next yes man.
