Pros
The products change lives. The territories are large, great customer service team, stock has done well.
Cons
The new C-Suite will tell you “sales is everything, and without this sales team we wouldn’t be here” but they treat you like a number. Incompetent quota team, and products that don’t launch. Quite appallingly the new CEO sat at another table at the Presidents Club dinner. I’ll let you decide if that’s a culture you want to work for. I understand everything changes and I appreciate that, but the old Hologic was so different, so it’s important to note why it used to be a great place to work.
