Opportunity to makes changes and drive process behavior. Lots of new people wanting to move the chains forward. Buy in from leadership on process change.

Cons

Still lots of old behaviors and lack of clarity in process. Folks still work in silos and still lacking communication. Need lots of work on collaboration.

Best in class product. Customers, their Patients are the reason to get up in the morning. Competitive pay, benefits, health care.

Cons

Company is GETTING top heavy. We are chasing the profit, bottom line instead of focusing on the individual employee and the individual customer. To many cliques. Those who put in the long hours taking care of the customers get burned out while the ones who socialize with managers get the recognition.
